We emphasize collaboration across all departments and encourage every employee to take part in environmental protection efforts. Each employee must be aware of their role, duties, and responsibilities in preserving the environment and using resources efficiently in their work. Our environmental policy and practices are based on the following commitments and requirements:

This includes controlling waste volume and promoting reuse to minimize the use of non-renewable resources. Additionally, the company organizes a Big Cleaning Day activity to better manage workplace resources, maintain cleanliness, reduce unnecessary materials, and properly sort and dispose of items that are no longer useful to the work environment or that may negatively impact the surroundings.

The company actively promotes the procurement of environmentally friendly products and services. We prioritize the selection of products that do not harm the environment, such as paper and fabric, and reduce or eliminate the use of environmentally hazardous products within the workplace.
This includes minimizing the use of items containing harmful chemicals and refraining from using materials and products that contain hazardous substances.
3. Energy Conservation and Efficient Resource Use
The company has established guidelines for conserving electricity and water, which are to be followed by all departments and personnel. We promote efficient and economical use of resources through various practices, such as turning off water taps completely, switching off lights during lunch breaks, turning off air conditioning before the end of the workday, and operating electrical equipment according to scheduled times.
We also prioritize the use of energy-efficient electrical appliances, particularly lighting, air conditioning units, and other office equipment.
4. Environmental and Energy Conservation Awareness for Employees
The company provides information and education on environmental preservation and energy conservation, ensuring all employees are well informed of our environmental policies through internal communication channels such as Google Keep, Slack, and Email.
We also promote awareness and responsible behavior regarding resource and energy use, for example, reducing or eliminating the use of foam and plastic, distributing reusable fabric bags to encourage sustainable practices, and encouraging employees to bring their own eco-friendly utensils and food containers.
Furthermore, the company encourages and motivates all employees to wholeheartedly and consistently adhere to the environmental policy.

The company campaigns to discourage the giving and receiving of gifts among employees during festivals, special occasions, and company events. This aims to reduce unnecessary personal expenses, minimize resource consumption, and decrease packaging waste. Additionally, this practice supports good governance principles, promotes a culture of transparency in the workplace, and ensures compliance with policies against corruption and bribery.
6. Environmentally Friendly Business Development
The company prioritizes business development and investments that do not cause environmental problems and actively promotes sustainable business practices. As a software company, we develop mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms, combined with efficient database management systems that support data handling and communication with customers and their businesses. This approach helps reduce paper usage, lower energy consumption in processes such as paper copying and document disposal, and serves as a sustainable alternative to resource-intensive methods.
